Edward Tilley
1588 - c. 1621
Edward Tilley, brother of passenger John Tilley, was baptized in Henlow, Bedfordshire, England in 1588 (as Edmond). He married Agnes/Ann Cooper in 1620 at Henlow. They arrived in Leiden in 1616, where Edward was reported to be a weaver. They sailed on Mayflower and both died in the first winter. They did not have any children of their own. They brought a niece and nephew of Agnes with them: Humility Cooper and Henry Samson. Humility was sent back to England and died there. Henry survived and had a family of seven children of his own.
